One Little Thing

While I believe in ripping the Band-Aid-off approach to becoming Keto, I was reminded that for some folks, this is too much, this is too fast, and if they are eating over 200 grams of carbs a day when they start, this is almost guaranteed to derail their efforts.

I saw this quote yesterday “When the world overwhelms you, try accomplishing one little thing.”  Maybe the one little thing is counting your carbs on the Cronometer daily no matter what the number. 

Be honest, measure accurately, and move on from there.
