My new way of eating sardines! Hot and Spicy!

I am starting a new 3 day sardine fast. My very first experience with sardines, other than running out of the kitchen when my husband opened a can, was during the 21 Day course challenge. Today I decided that two cans would be better for satiety than the one-a-day can I consumed during the challenge. I drained off most of the very thick oil from my favorite brand (only tried one Bela) and added two tablespoons of Kroger brand Hot and Spicy dill pickle juice and a splash of hot sauce. I was able to almost enjoy but then I like spicy foods. Results? I am full! I am satiated. A great start for my three day fast. I am anxious to see how my numbers behave.
